Returns & Exchanges

NAGNATA offers returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Please note that for health and safety reasons, swimwear and bodysuits must be tried on over underwear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Await Approval

  Our customer care team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with the RA number clearly marked on the outside and drop it off at your local courier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, your return will undergo a quality inspection before your refund is processed to your original payment method.
